Autohil products carry a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. To claim a warranty please send email directly to your seller along with proof of purchase or receipt. Also include information about the problem. For purchases made direct from Autohil, please send email to support@autohil.com

Autohil Returns

For purchases made from Autohil direct, we offer 30 days return policy. Any new product purchased directly from Autohil maybe returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and return charges), product must be in the same condition as it was in when shipped and only if the product is returned within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.

To return an item, please contact us first to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Number) before you send the product to us.

To return or to receive a refund for a product you must contact your retailer for their return or refund policy. Autohil is not responsible for nor does Autohil handle returns or refunds on products purchased directly from retailers.
